Conceptual Project

The conceptual project arises as a strategy to promote a first meeting place between owners, representatives, authorities, investors, professionals and others interested in the property and its reinsertion as an important part of the historic center of Mexico City. The ante ante project is a first approximation that on the one hand allows to assess the historical-patrimonial and architectural-urban qualities that form the identity of the property and its context; and on the other, explore the future potential of the building and its surroundings to house other uses and destinations that allow evaluating investment models that make it possible to incorporate the property into the economic, social, and cultural fabric of the great Mexico City in the 21st century.
