The local in 3.14 housing development in Nuevo Vallarta was flanked by an elevated pass way adjacent to the neighbourhood road and the inner walking street.

The project takes advantage of the lower space that results from the structure of a pool for the above housing, generating a wood display wall-floor-bar frame.
